Returns & Refunds policy

At Future Furnique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable Items
  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made furniture

How to Return an Item
1. Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at contact@futurefurnique.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

2. Return Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

3. Shipping Instructions
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging

  • Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number

  • Ship to the address provided by our support team
    (We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.)

4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Inspection and Processing
  • Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet the return conditions.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

    Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout.

6. Processing Time
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are:

    • Not in original condition

    • Damaged

    • Missing parts (not due to our error)

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Please complete the return process.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.
